We are ALL strength athletes.
Whether it is to build enough strength to get up a flight of stairs, walk a mile, or lift 500lbs, we all need strength in order to maximize our enjoyment of daily activities. Each one of us has the ability to become resilient and stronger versions of ourselves through proficient execution of physical exercise. On the journey towards being better versions of ourselves, we may also find that we become hardier individuals and are less susceptible to the injuries of daily "wear and tear".
I believe that strength, in both its physical and metaphysical manifestations, is something that we can cultivate through a regular ritual of exercise and accountability. Although getting started isn't easy, once you disrupt the cycle and build momentum, the snowball effect will be hard to stop.
Throughout this blog series, I hope to provide information on a variety of injuries, rehab perspectives, and general health/wellness knowledge that can boost your understanding of your body and the steps you can take to maximize your personal growth.
